How long does the process take?
Once we come to an agreement on the sale of your land, we will prepare and send you a basic purchase agreement. Typically, we schedule closing in a 2-3 week timeframe and utilize local mobile notaries and title companies. However, we are willing to schedule the closing whenever is convenient for you.
Are there any fees?
No, we do not charge ANY fees. We make our money investing in the land.
